Ginger, green apple and celery juice

Anyone who has tried ginger in a drink usually hardly gives up. Its taste is intense, peppery and somewhat exotic. At least my opinion is that it generally steals impressions. A simple recipe, therefore, combining this root with three or four other ingredients, known for their range of properties, deserves to be tested. It's simple, of course, since it is juice, but it requires a juicer.

Ingredients

1 small green apple

¼ to ½ sprouts

1 lemon

1 large piece of ginger

1 kiwi (optional)

Before you prepare, remember only a few positive elements that each ingredient provides.

Green apple: Fights eating disorders, regulates good cholesterol and glucose levels, while reducing appetite.

Ginger: Helps to improve stomach upsets, has antioxidant and immunomodulating properties, and relieves cold symptoms.

Lemon: Helps restore pH balance to body fluids, is rich in vitamin C, and helps to stimulate the liver.

Celery: It is a source of amino acids, calcium, potassium, many vitamins, and fiber.

Method

Wash the celery well. Make sure it does not keep soil on its surface. Remove the lower part of its root. Cut the apple in pieces and pass the grater over the ginger.

Rub the lemon and then pass the juicer, the harvester and the ginger juicer. Finally, add the lemon juice.

After serving it in a glass you can add some cayenne pepper to the surface of your green juice.
