What about a hot granita!
If you are a fan of organic products and are willing to try something quick, delicious and beneficial for your body, make a warm granite as recommended by us!
According to Alternative Medicine, dairy products should be avoided in the event of illness because they burden the immune system. In our recipe we choose almond milk , which is absolutely nutritious and very tonic for our body.
For your warm granita you will need:
1 glass of Almond Milk 100%
1 tsp Herb Mixture of green tea, pomegranate, goji berries, hibiscus
1 tsp agave syrup
Preparation
Heat the almond milk and just before boiling (at about 80 C) remove from the fire. Add the herbs to the milk and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then strain the mixture and add the agave syrup. Your warm granite is ready!
This drink contributes to antioxidation, colds prevention, accelerating recovery, while herbs add anti-aging properties.
