Positive Psychology focuses on those conditions that help people improve their personality, create positive relationships and positive groups in their lives.
The quintessence of Positive Psychology lies in the words happiness, the meaning of life, the psychic power and the positive elements of character, and what it aims to do is to scientifically identify those factors that help man achieve all of this.
Positive Psychology extends the boundaries of traditional Psychology, which deals with the repair of problems and the treatment of mental disorders. It comes to complement this - certainly necessary - dissertation on the negative aspects of human experience and to turn the lights of science on the positive side.
