So let's look at 15 such combinations and for any extra you can send to our mail
1. Green smoothie with spinach, broccoli and banana
- One handful of spinach slightly chopped
- 100g of broccoli
- 2 stalks of celery
- 4 tbsp dried coconut
- 1 banana
- 300ml of rice milk
- Or spirulina
Mix all the ingredients, add 300ml of water and whisk in the blender.
2. Yogurt with blueberry and apple
- 1 medium apple (clear and cut)
- 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 10 to 12 blueberries
In a serving bowl gently mix all our ingredients.
3. Mix sautéed broccoli and ginger
- 6 tbsp. seed oil
- 3 γ tablespoons mustard (mustard seeds)
- 4 red onions, coarse
- 100g ginger, finely chopped
- 800g broccoli, cut into bits
- juice of 2 lemons
Heat the oil in a large skillet (medium heat) and saute the mustard for 2 minutes.
Add the onions and ginger, stirring for 3-4 minutes, at high temperature.
Put the broccoli in our frying pan and cook until soft. Stir and quench our mixture, just before taking it out of the heat, with lemon
4. Tomato soup with vegetable mixture
- 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. pelt
- sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
Peel and cut tomatoes, onion, carrot and celery into small pieces.
Saute in a large pan over medium heat, onion, carrot and celery. Stir for about 10 minutes, until softened.
Add the pelt, chopped tomatoes, bay leaves, some sugar and pepper. Stir well and leave with lid closed for 10 minutes to boil.
Slowly add the broth, stir and boil for 25 minutes. Remove the bay leaves and make our velvet soup with rhubarb blender.
5. Individual omelets with tomato sauce and basil
- 4 eggs
- a few leaves of basil
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into thin frames
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 400g chopped tomatoes
For the sauce, sauté the pepper and garlic in a frying pan for 5 minutes, quench with vinegar and allow the alcohol to evaporate. Put the tomatoes and add 1/3 of a glass of water. Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes.
Beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp. water and add two to three basil leaves. Heat a small nonstick skillet and add a few drops of oil. Pour our mixture and fry our omelet for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat the process for each of our eggs. Serve the omelets with small rolls, garnishing them with the sauce and a few basil leaves.
