Divine delight with vegan chocolate praline

Chocolate praline is a truly irresistible treat - and let's face it - not only for the young, but for the older too!

Unfortunately, the usual commerce options are of questionable quality and, moreover, vegan options are extremely limited. So, without further delay, we go over the ingredients we need to make our own vegan praline!

 

INGREDIENTS:

200gr huzelnuts

125gr cocoa

250gr water

350gr granulated sugar

100gr dark chocolate

 

IMPLEMENTATION:

1. First preheat the oven to 180 ° C in air.

2. In a pan, spread our hazelnuts and bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

3. Once they have the desired color, put the hazelnuts to the blender and beat until completely dissolved.

4. Put in a saucepan: hazelnuts, cocoa, water and sugar. Start and boil our mixture over low to medium heat, stirring constantly with a hand wire.

5. When the mixture begins to thicken, remove from the heat and then add the dark chocolate to pieces.

6. Continue stirring with the wire until our mixture is well melted.

Our praline is ready for immediate consumption!

We can, of course, store it in jars airtight and keep it in the refrigerator for up to a month.
